In the matter of the heirs of John Slaughbaugh. On this fifth day of July, Albertina Slaughbaugh, aged sixteen years, on the seventh day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty two, and Adaline Slaughbaugh, aged fourteen years, on the thirtieth day of August, in the year aforesaid, minor heirs at law of John Slaughbaugh, deceased, appeared in open court and made choice of Peter Schaeffer for their guardian, which choice was approved by the court: And also, at the same time, on application made, the court appoints the before mentioned Peter Schaeffer as guardian of Hannah Slaughbaugh, aged twelve years, on the thirtieth day of September, in the year aforesaid, also a minor heir at law of the said John Slaughbaugh, deceased. And it is ordered by the court, that the said Peter Schaeffer enter into bond according to law, in the sum of three thousand five hundred dollars, with James Beatty and Valentine Rinehart as sureties.
